Welcome to the HCPCL the Premier League which is formed from the top 30 club sides at the top of a pyramid which cuts across clubs in Five Main Counties (Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire) with clubs also in Middlesex and Hampshire. It draws together clubs from Three Link Leagues which themselves cover many clubs namely the Saracens Hertfordshire League, Morrant Thames Valley Cricket League and the Oxford Times Cherwell Cricket league.
The League is organised in Three divisions,
Division 1 is 10 clubs
and play a 120-over time based game
Two Divisions 2 - East and West each 10 clubs
which play 110-over time based matches
Div 2 West is fed by TVL and Cherwell.
Div 2 East by Hertfordhire.
The League covers a vast area of the northern Home Counties.
